This policy explains what personal data Study Bridge Europe collects on this website and why.

What we collect

• When you send the contact form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), your profile (student or parent) and your message.
• When you apply: the details above plus your study plans, language levels and, if you choose to send them, your passport, transcripts and CV.

Why

Only to answer your request, assess your application and prepare your study project in France. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before any contract.

Who receives it

Only the Study Bridge Europe team. Forms are processed by our host Netlify. When you book a video call, your name, email and chosen time are added to our Google Calendar, which creates the Google Meet link and sends you the invitation; our confirmation and reminder emails are sent from our Gmail. With your explicit agreement, documents may be shared with the schools you apply to.

How long

Contact requests are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange. Application documents are deleted at the end of your project, or earlier if you ask.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy, by writing to info.studybridgeeurope@gmail.com. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts, 3D libraries and partner listing photos are loaded from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and Supabase, which receive your IP address to deliver these files.
